That damn jet boss fight near the end is horribly designed and very frustrating. We need a new solution for self-reviving. No wasting time running mindlessly around a huge map. Just give us the rewards when we complete the task. That being said, most important characters are returning from older games. Cons: -New characters are mostly uninteresting or forgettable. Hovering vehicles! -Well designed and fun environments. Very well done, possibly the best in the series (besides Dragon Keep, of course). Nisha has been my favorite Vault Hunter from all three games. Other improvements include useful vending machines, the grinder, cryo and laser guns, fun boss fights (especially the last one), and fantastic characters and skill-trees. Front and foremost is the low gravity and oz kits, which adds a whole new dimension to combat. Tons of improvements have been made to the Borderlands formula. Seeing Jack's transformation from the anti-hero to insane villain was great. They have genuine personalities, shown through cutscenes, banter, comments and by actually responding to NPCs. No longer do they remain silent throughout the entire game.
Pros: -The playable characters are actually part of the story this time. I'll just list the pros and cons instead of a traditional review. Anyway, this game is just as good as BL2, although in different ways. The only two negative written reviews on here are either wrong or don't give valid reasons.
